Great spot! Nice to see a quality cafe in the area, great vibes for conversation, reading, just hanging out with some good coffee and snacks. They have chess on Mondays, I came last night, good times =)

Fantastic coffee shop + 3rd space. A great crew of folks whipping up fun coffee offerings in a very chill place. Good vibes only. A couple of cozy seating areas make this perfect for someone like me looking for a place to do remote work during the day or to gather with friends in the evening while others do the same. I'll be back again and again, whenever I need a shot of caffeine or just a place to chill with friends.

My wife and I have enjoyed ourselves every time we've come to Core. The coffee is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very considerate. We've been to Christian worship gatherings and also times that they are involved in community Christmas events. Core Cafe Rocks!

Such an amazing experience! They even had a sugar-free option for me, which i appreciate so much. The cafe is so comfy and aesthetic. My latte was made perfectly and they even hand delivered it to me. 10/10 will be returning! If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out!!

Core Cafe is a staple in downtown Spring Valley. Since opening just a few years ago, Ed and his team have completely revitalized that space... making it inclusive, welcoming, cozy… and home to some of the best damn Americanos I’ve ever had. They open a little later than my ideal morning coffee routine, but for an evening coffee hang? Core Café cannot be beat. From live music and events to game nights and creative gatherings, they’ve brought back that classic college coffeehouse atmosphere... the kind you remember from movies like "So I Married an Axe Murderer" -- where poetry, music, conversation, and creativity all thrive. And the coffee? Outstanding. From a solid cup of brewed coffee to cappuccinos, lattes, and matcha... It’s all divine. Core Café is such an incredible addition to our downtown, and if you haven’t checked it out yet, you’re missing out. Support local. Support good people. Support great spaces. ☕💙
